Worst manners and customer service ever. I came to donate 8 inches of my hair. She cut 13. She did not confirm before actually cutting my hair and rushed through the whole service. She made extremely rude comments about my hair and how it was dry and white. She told me that I was sensitive for not wanting to thin out my hair. I was very upset afterward because of how much hair the stylist cut. How rude and disrespectful towards a minor.
It was fantastic. Everyone there makes you feel special. I had an amazing experience.❤️❤️❤️❤️
